great salesman - excellent dealship I blow off most sales people but am grateful that Brent Harris took the time to show me the cars I wanted to see AND to convince that the 2013 Avalon I blow off most sales people but am grateful that Brent Harris took the time to show me the cars I wanted to see AND to convince that the 2013 Avalon with only 14200 miles was a rare buying opportunity. I love the "new" car. The dealership offered the car at fair price and gave me a reasonable price on my trade-in. I had a slight hitch with a missing $300 key but Arlington Toyota has resolved it to complete satisfaction. I've been treated promptly and with great respect by their sales manager and their service department. More
