Above and Beyond Expectations As is the case in so many problems with a vehicle that has to be towed in (shifter cable broke), after the problem was repaired, and I picked up the c As is the case in so many problems with a vehicle that has to be towed in (shifter cable broke), after the problem was repaired, and I picked up the car, on the way home, I found other problems that weren't there before. I called Steve Cole, explained them to him, and his response (immediately) was to bring it back and he would take care of them. And take care of them he did. What more can you ask for? Keep in mind, this is a 12 year old car that I bought there new, and I feel like they treated it like a new one!
