Good service and a great purchase experience. Mike Marinelli managed to obtain one for us by our 31 December deadline when other dealerships threw up their hands without trying. He was knowledgeable, capable, intelligent, friendly (but not overly so as many salesmen are) and hard-working, The price seemed fair (no premium thrown in for market factors as could have been attempted considering how scarce the car was) and everything was up front. He even personally attended to the delivery from the distant dealer who had a car meeting our requirements which became available because a sales contract for it had fallen through.. More

In August 2014, we purchased our first Highander from Sylvia. The transaction was easy and the price Sylvia quoted us via email was the exact price we walked out the door paying. Sylvia took good care of us and kept her word on everything. Fast forward two and a half years and here we are looking for a 2017 Highlander. We were VERY specific about the model and the interior/exterior color that we wanted. We emailed Sylvia to let her know what we were looking for and after some searching, Sylvia told us that the car we want will be in stock by the end of the month, Again, she has quoted us an "out the door" price....and the most comforting thing is knowing that based upon our past experience...we won't have any issues when we arrive to take delivery of the vehicle, If you are looking for a simple, no-hassle car buying experience....just asked for Sylvia!
