Very patient salesman I went in on a Wednesday to have my car serviced and knew we were thinking about purchasing a truck in the near future. After turning my car over to service I went into the sales department and no one approached me so I approached the first person I came in contact with. Trying to get a trade in value on my car without giving him very much info. I can be very strong headed and I was with him but he worked me all the way until we went back on Saturday when we knew he was working and walked out of there with a brand new truck! My biggest complaint with them every time we have gone is the amount of time it takes from start to finish. 4 hours to me seems like way to long. Even more so when we had done some talking just a couple of days prior. More

He was honest, timely, and fair as we communicated via email and text messages prior to going to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership, took a test drive, made an offer, and agreed on a price within 15 minutes. This dealership does not play the usual car dealership games and it was a pleasure working with Saif. Having bought 10 cars in our lifetime, this is by far the most positive and easy car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you Saif and Arlington Toyota! More

Sold a vehicle with frame damage without disclosing This dealership sold my fiancé and I a truck with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE without disclosing that information. They failed to tell us that this truck has be This dealership sold my fiancé and I a truck with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE without disclosing that information. They failed to tell us that this truck has been (poorly) painted all around. The only way we found this out was because we went to another dealership to trade out the truck and they used Autocheck instead of Carfax and Autocheck has it listed as a vehicle with structural damage. We went to this dealership to see what they could offer to fix their mistake and they didn't even work a deal. They wouldn't work a deal on any other vehicle there because they still wanted to come out making a dollar. We will NEVER purchase from here again. If it wasn't too late I would leave this truck in their parking lot and never look back. All this place is concerned about is making money, whether it is fair or not. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to pay 25K for a vehicle that is only really worth 15K. All of this information was NOT DISCLOSED WITH US. They tried to say Autocheck must be wrong. Set me up for next day service but would have done same day-I didn't have time. Key fobs,wipers, and informed me by phone I might want to replace battery which made sense to me-car was almost 5 years old-I have just bought it. Efficient , not pushy. Work done faster and a bit less costly than expected (which never happens). My first service visit to Arlington. Unfortunately my sales experience was not good several months earlier so bought car elsewhere. But I'll take a good service experience over sales any day of the week! More
