Twice I've been lied to at this place. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma a little over a year ago and I was completely satisfied with the deal at first. I signed the paperwork and it was suppos I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma a little over a year ago and I was completely satisfied with the deal at first. I signed the paperwork and it was supposed to be a done deal but I had to go back the next day and sign some more papers and they said my interest rate was almost twice what they said the day before. Now they called me about a Loyalty program that was supposed to let me trade my trocchi and for a newer one and get a very low interests great. I made a deal with them for 1 thing and then again when we get in there to sign the financial papers they changed it around on me and tried to make out like I was wrong for not excepting their deal. They are nothing but liars. I will be calling the general manager tomorrow and make a complaint. This place is awful to deal with. I have been here all-day long Dylan madelle's and now I leave with nothing but my old truck. More

When I called all recall notices were viewed and scheduled for repair. I was planning on waiting all day for my vehicle since I didn't have a viable ride back to the dealership. To my amazement Chris Burrell advised me that the courtesy shuttle would not only drop me off, but pick me up as well! I was floored and took advantage of it! I bought my first Toyata at Arlington Toyota in 1980. Returned back to them in 2009 and have not regretted it! When I purchased this vehicle I had routine oil changes included. I was impressed then, now that my vehicle is out of warrenty, I was extremely impressed that my visit was treated as impressively as my first visit! More
