After spending my Saturday at another Jacksonville Toyota dealership trying to be sold options I did not need or want on a 2017 Tacoma, I left and dec After spending my Saturday at another Jacksonville Toyota dealership trying to be sold options I did not need or want on a 2017 Tacoma, I left and decided to look at other brand pick ups on Sunday. On Sunday I looked at a couple of others and decided the Tacoma was the truck I really wanted. Jon Camp with Arlington Toyota had called me a couple of days prior, but I had decided to go to the other dealership as it was closer to my home. I gave Jon a call when I was leaving the beach and he sent me some info on one of the trucks on the lot. I asked if we could meet in about an hour and he agreed. I test drove the truck he had sent me info on and asked if I could look at some others. I told Jon what I was willing to pay and the maximum monthly payment I would pay. To make a long story short, we found the truck I liked a great deal. After spending some time reviewing my trade in value, etc.. we were able to make a deal. During this whole time Jon was both helpful and friendly. If you are like me, you do not like the whole car buying experience. I can say, without doubt, that this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I'm 56 and have purchased many.. Next time, I will go to Arlington Toyota first. Ben Kennedy ignored my emails for two days and Sam Vines ran my credit twice after I was assured it would not happen since I was preapproved! I have tried to contact the general manager now three times and it seems Rick Doran is never there. I will never use Arlington Toyota again. More

Great Customer Service - on sales and service Purchased my used 2014 4runner in 2015. The purchase of the vehicle was hassle free. The price was very good and buying experience was great. I was never pressured to buy anything extra. I usually change my own oil, but it has been cheaper to have the dealer to change the oil than do it myself (synthetic oil is expensive). Oil change does not take long and there is free wifi. I would highly recommend Arlington Toyota. Thanks, Carl More
