Was ok I purchased a vehicle and they had to send it to the dealership for repairs. Didn't receive the car until a week and a half later. When i got the car it was halfway cleaned but it did have a full tank of gas. I am happy with the car and the service department. More

Easy. Transparent. Guaranteed smiles! See Breanna Smith! We came to Arlington Toyota just to test drive a Tundra. Was greeted by Ms. Breanna Smith. She quickly attended to us and let us know our options. Sho We came to Arlington Toyota just to test drive a Tundra. Was greeted by Ms. Breanna Smith. She quickly attended to us and let us know our options. Showed us the tundras in stock and took us for a test drive. She showed us every single feature in the truck. Something most car salespeople rarely do! We loved the truck and were excited to buy it but were on the fence. We told her we will be back next week. During the next few days she worked really hard to find us a truck in our budget and with Zero down payment. My credit isn't great at all but she worked hard to get me the zero deal with low monthly lease. I highly recommend her if you are interested in any Toyota vehicles. The manager was just as friendly and direct. No haggle. Transparent pricing. And very generous payment options. Breanna is the best car salesperson you will ever deal with. More

I dropped my vehicle off filled out some paperwork with Annette and 4 days later received my vehicle back as good as new, happy with outcome, great job, this is my main dealership for bodywork and any mechanical issue that I cannot handle.
