Beware I spent 4 hours negotiating the price of a used 4 runner, and then finance. The price I got was fair. The finance manager Frank was not real bright, K I spent 4 hours negotiating the price of a used 4 runner, and then finance. The price I got was fair. The finance manager Frank was not real bright, Kept saying his hands were tied, and he could not do anything... I guess that part was true. He did not want me to read the documents I was signing, kept saying "they are the same documents you already signed) The next morning I looked over the paperwork only to find I was charged an additional $1885.00 on the price of the car which was not what we agreed on. After many calls to different managers and the finance manager, Frank, again... played dumb.." I didn't do anything but punch numbers in he said." I finally got someone on the phone to explain... apparently they charge $1885 on every car sale over $5000. This was not disclosed at any time. I am told covers window tint ( if something goes bad) floor mats, key replacement, and air in your tires! Are you kidding me... what it covers is there pockets. I was told I could bring the car back. I want the car I just want what we agreed on. I asked for the owners phone # and or e-mail. and was told no. I personally know car dealership owners that not only come out and speak with customers, but give out cards with there personal phone and e-mail if there is any problem. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. More
