Other than the service dept running two hours behind schedule, they did an excellent job. Was in for a routine oil and filter change, along with a tire rotation. They checked the other fluids under schedule, they did an excellent job. Was in for a routine oil and filter change, along with a tire rotation. Had no issues with the Toyota dealer was a very happy customer Until I had to drop off the car for a recall and Chris Burrell refused to cover the rental even Thoe the car had to sit in the dealership fr customer Until I had to drop off the car for a recall and Chris Burrell refused to cover the rental even Thoe the car had to sit in the dealership from Saturday morning until Monday. Offered me a Uber to get home so I can sit home all weekend while they kept my car! Payments are almost 1200 a month and they can’t cover a 3 days of rental while the car is sitting in there facility. Total crap honestly but hey just giving everyone a heads up. More
