Hidden Fees and False Charges I visited Arlington Toyota with the intent of possibly purchasing a 2019 Nissan Rogue listed for 15.9k. I met with a sales rep, test drove the vehicle I visited Arlington Toyota with the intent of possibly purchasing a 2019 Nissan Rogue listed for 15.9k. I met with a sales rep, test drove the vehicle, and sat down with him after to go over the price. Unlike other car purchases I have made, I didn't even attempt to haggle down the price. Never the less, the salesman returned with a figure exceeding 20k out the door. Now in addition to a dealer fee of 899, tax, tag, and title, there was another charge of nearly 3k for "dealer installed options" that included window tint, floor mats, pin stripe, and seat protectant. Lets reiterate for a moment...this is a USED Nissan Rogue being sold by a TOYOTA dealer! The tint was stock, the floor mats were the original Nissan mats with the logo on them, there was no pin stripe, and the vehicle had not even been cleaned, let alone had seat protectant applied. I pointed this out to the salesman, who stated they were required by management to add this charge to every vehicle. I again pointed out, that unless they keep dirty Nissan mats in the back they can install and charge 700 dollars for, along with the rest of it, none of this work was actually done. The salesman returned and again stated they would not remove the charges even though they are billing for work that is not even being done. At this point, I walked out after spending two hours at the dealership for nothing. Heed my advice, take your business elsewhere to a reputable dealer. More

Sam was excellent to work with and assisted with all of my questions and concerns. They even worked with me when I was unhappy with my original purchase to get me into a vehicle that I am very satisfied wi my questions and concerns.
