Sales is high pressure and force bogus add-ons. Service center is horrible. On the surface it seems organized. You have a service advisor assigned to you and have an appointment. It takes forever to even get checked in. I actually left this last time. It was going to take an hour or so to get checked in. Triple stacked lines all the way to the road. The people there are super rude and simply don't care if you are there or not. I guess because they have plenty of business. I used them for a recall also. I had to drop it off two different times for entire day because it wasn't fixed right the first time. I will definitely not be buying or servicing my cars at Arlington Toyota despite it being more convenient. I'm a Toyota guy....but not from them. More

Came in looking for a Tundra, spoke with Juan Velez who placed me with Marian Romero, she was excellent to work with, we test drove a couple of trucks and I finally chose the Tundra Platinum.
