Everyone was great the finance manager even got me a cup of coffee and the service guys took my tool box off and put it on the new truck along with my hitch. I am the spouse of Randolph Raulerson, Annie Reed, I am who brings in our vehicles to be serviced. Your waiting area is very uncomfortable. Whoever selects the furniture for the waiting area does not think who brings in our vehicles to be serviced. Your waiting area is very uncomfortable. Whoever selects the furniture for the waiting area does not think about short people. I am 5’1” and I have short legs. I’m 66yrs. Old and my feet and ankles swell very much while dangling from the seat. So very irritating. I do have a complaint about my service also, my tires were over inflated. Toyota RAV4 2008, should have 32 psi, they put 38 psi. Can’t remember who it was that worked with me. More
