Work was done as promised however I had a lot of difficulty reaching my service advisor by phone. Tried 4 or 5 times getting voicemail each time (on the mobile number she provided). Service was good however, it was total chaos in the bay when I had to pick up my car. It took a while for me to get my car into service and when i had to pick it up. My elderly aunt went in last week and was assisted by a young man and it was his first day. she cant remember his name! I called the dealership to check on her and they all knew who she was and treated her young man and it was his first day. she cant remember his name!
