I was lied to twice once by the salesman and once by his manager regarding the fees that I need to pay. Then I went to finance even though I was paying cash the finance gentleman told me that the extended w manager regarding the fees that I need to pay. Then I went to finance even though I was paying cash the finance gentleman told me that the extended warranty was not a third-party warranty that it was owned by Toyota,after I purchased it the next day I did research, and it was a third-party warranty, not owned by Toyota. I feel like I was lied multiple times to, and would not trust them again. More

We were wowed with the selection at Arlington Toyota. Our salesman, Alan Jordan, was ready for us when we pulled in to look at the available Rav 4s. Making the appointment was quick and easy and confirming it was a breeze. We liked the selection and the prices. I don't think you can find selection that compares. Alan was very informative and patient as we reviewed the large selection. He was clear and concise with our finance options. This dealership knows how to treat their customers from the beginning to the end. My next car will come from Arlington Toyota. More

Every oil change is a different story from the CS rep. My contract stays every 5k, service, second Oil Change at 10k, The advisor wanted to do it at 15k ,third time The Advisor made me wait until 20k and My contract stays every 5k, service, second Oil Change at 10k, The advisor wanted to do it at 15k ,third time The Advisor made me wait until 20k and refused to do it at 15k. It depends who is your advisor. The service contract says 5k service and they change it as they please. looking for a different service location. More
