Dawn and Jacque were wonderful sales people who did a great job. The Sequoia was everything you expect in that type of vehicle. However, the dealership leadership had no sense of urgency in getting the v great job. The Sequoia was everything you expect in that type of vehicle. However, the dealership leadership had no sense of urgency in getting the vehicle I wanted and we agreed to terms on - including a $500 deposit - to the dealership. It took 5 days to transport the vehicle 280 miles from the dealership that had the one I wanted. Sales did a great job, but deserve more support from the back of house folks. More

Khader was rude when he got impatient. Rebeka is the worst sales person ever. I went to pick the car up and it had 1379 miles on it, but it stated it only had 934 miles online and call to confirm it aft worst sales person ever. I went to pick the car up and it had 1379 miles on it, but it stated it only had 934 miles online and call to confirm it afterwards. Over 445 miles was put on the car in the 2 days after speaking with Rebeka and Khader confirming that the car only had 934 miles on it. They lied and deceived me and didn’t want to negotiate anything on the price for the false advertisement. I’ll never let Khader nor Rebeka assist me again. More
