I bought a 2019 Dodge grand Caravan and when were you just doing the paperwork I told him I will go home and get the tag to be transferred To this vehicle he said no all I had to do was send him a pictur just doing the paperwork I told him I will go home and get the tag to be transferred To this vehicle he said no all I had to do was send him a picture of it so I emailed him a picture of the tag and I text it to his phone and he did not turn it in so they charge me for a whole new tag their mess up cost me over $300 More

They advertise a price on their website for used cars and then add $1800+ in fees when you try to buy any of them. The fees are supposedly for tinted windows (2 doors), a set of keys (that came with the car then add $1800+ in fees when you try to buy any of them. This is not detailed anywhere on their site that I can find and is false advertising. Very unethical in their dealings and you should stay away. More
