12/29/2020 Visited this dealership through communication via the internet sales. Came in specifically looking at a particular vehicle. The two sales rep I was instructed to ask for where no longer onsite. T via the internet sales. Came in specifically looking at a particular vehicle. The two sales rep I was instructed to ask for where no longer onsite. They assigned another person who already seemed bothered. He was quick to tell me they are selling 80 cars a week. I explained that I have a cashier's check from my credit union and was looking to buy a truck. The first issue was the sales rep could not find the vehicle as we walked around the lot. Finally, he checked the computer and realize there was another customer test driving the vehicle. The next response from him. The vehicle you are interest might be sold. You are more than welcome to call back to see if it was sold. From the minute I walked in to the time I left was 20 minutes tops. Keeping in mind, I was ready to buy! This is by far the worse dealership experience I have ever experience. And by the way, I followed up with an email to person whom I communicated with shortly after I left the lot. I explained the situation. Here it is 4:00 pm the following day and no response. Not surprised. This is direct reflection of the way they provide service deliver. More
