First my service person Joslyn never came up & spoke with me about my vehicle only Thur tex, it 4hrs to get oil changed & balance tires, & the guy that lets you know your vehicle is ready was very Rude to me me about my vehicle only Thur tex, it 4hrs to get oil changed & balance tires, & the guy that lets you know your vehicle is ready was very Rude to me they parked my vehicle outside with keys in & did not tell me where it was parked at, I have a customer at this location for 10 yrs & more worst experience I have ever had at Arlington Toyota & the mgr on Duty was to busy to even speak with me 😡😡 More

A like the car overall and my experience was just ok. I was expecting a lot more hospitality than 4 gallons in gas and a fake detail (the car looked the same as I first seen it but I could not tell bc o I was expecting a lot more hospitality than 4 gallons in gas and a fake detail (the car looked the same as I first seen it but I could not tell bc of rain but there was a smell inside). I mentioned it to the salesman in an email, but no response and that is far the worse that you can treat a customer for future business. More
