Buyer beware! 3 weeks ago I tried to buy the advertised 2020 Avalon Hybrid at Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. The car was on the lot looking great. When the salesman went to get the keys for a test drive 2020 Avalon Hybrid at Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. The car was on the lot looking great. When the salesman went to get the keys for a test drive he was told the car was sold!! Today, the car is still advertised for the same great deal... apparently they did not sell it as they tell people! To me it appears they use that advertised price, which was almost 8k off just to get buyers in the door then try and sell you something else. In my case he tried to put me in a Camry Hybrid..... no sale!! After this fiasco we bought a Lexus Hybrid instead. I would not recommend Arlington Toyota of Jacksonville to anyone! Unfortunately for the salesman he lost a quick sale. He appeared to be a nice guy caught up in the companies shenanigans! More
