The overall experience was fine though my sales person showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment with no apology. She was admittedly new but was unprepared for our appointment with no information or kn showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment with no apology. She was admittedly new but was unprepared for our appointment with no information or knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in that I sent to her in advance. She was unable to adequately express lain simple line items on the price sheet. I feel like staff should have better training prior to being unleashed on clients. The gentleman who helped us while we were waiting on her, I believe his name is Jose, was wonderful and very helpful. More
