For your car 17370P (Tesla Model X performance) you are still (11/9/2022) advertising Full Self Driving is included, even after you know it is not. That's a $15,000 mistake. You stated the range for this car is 341 miles. You measured 286 for me. Tesla rated it at 305 when new. A newer version of this car was 341. The Buyer of this car will be very unhappy if they believe your advertising. You have other Teslas that you advertise have just Autopilot or Enhanced Autopilot so you should know better.

I am NOT naming Names because if I do I AM SURE THAT I WILL BE SUED. And all they will get is the equity in this car. This is my recollection of my experiences at Arlington Nissan AND I have seen similar reports of deception at Chicago’s Better Business Bureau. Your replied above ((We're sorry to hear about your experience and would love to get to the bottom of it)) like this is the first time you heard about this!! So, just in case I will relive alot of it for you. I bought my car on 09/02/2022 and all of the lies began that day. I WAS EXTREMELY CLEAR THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD ANY OF YOUR EXTRAS. I have been disabled since 2002 and living on Social Security Disability ONLY and that I live in Federally Subsidized Housing too. You knew this as the TRUTH as I filled out a Credit Application. If I had any other income I would have noted that so I would get a better interest rate than I did after you added your 1% or so for the convenience of handling it for me. My credit is marginal due to all of my surgeries and I will be undergoing ANOTHER ONE on Dec. 5th. Yet, even after knowing all of these FACTS as well as the salesman helping me get up to walk and even getting me some water a few times for my pain medications. It should have only taken at most 2 hours. I arrived just after 9am. and did not leave until 4:30pm. as I filled up the empty tank at 4:31pm. at BP across from you. I already had it set with the salesman for the car you advertised which is the one I bought. I told the salesman that I only want the car as I need to keep it within my budget. I told him that I need to go to my Uncles home down in Alabama for the winter from Jan 1st. to March 31st. as after having 8 Neck & Back Surgeries the Winters here cause me EXTREME PAIN. I took the car for a test drive and the salesman tried his best to get me to take all of the extra’s. He told me that it would fit within my budget as they checked everything on the car, did all of the maintenance and even installed new tires. Being disabled and needing a cane to walk I was not able to take a closer look by bending over. I can go on and on with more details as when I came in on Sep. 6th. around 11am. (Mon. was Labor Day) I asked for my salesman as he nor the Finance guy never returned my calls or emails so I drove the 90 miles in to get answers. I was immediately met with xx comments that I knew what I bought. I told them that was a lie as we agreed on paper and then everything was added to a small iPad. I have a picture of the paper agreement with the managers hand blocking the picture and he said that it will change in the finance office. The Finance man had me confirm my name and the car on it which I did and then he went to the next page immediately enlarging it for my initials and he did this 3 more times and with the last one he slipped trying to enlarge the screen and I found the $3,501.00 for this piece of garbage warranty. He then started stuttering looking for words and then said it is required by the lender for me to get my loan and if I don’t agree then I can’t get the loan. I argued for what seemed like eternity and he said that after the loan goes through that I should wait 3 months and then cancel it. I finally agreed and he said he will email me the documents. The next day I find that he added a total of $6,170.00 worth of junk. When I came in that Tuesday I was very upset. They started giving me the runaround and I got mad. I got very mad to the point my Wristwatch was alerting me that my Heart-Rate was hitting 110 and above. They said if I don’t calm down they will call the Police and have me Arrested. I told them to go ahead. That did scare me as I have NEVER BEEN ARRESTED. However I knew I was right so I stood my ground. They then said they will fix it and lets go into the Finance Office. I walk in and they closed the door behind me and then start fast talking so I got up, opened the door and went into the showroom. Again I said I want a Manager and they replied that they are all off. I noticed an office off in the corner of the showroom with Lights ON. I walked over and it had the Title General Manager and his name. He was sitting at the desk and I sat down. Then it all started again and he finally agreed after almost an hour to remove the extended warranty and the Windshield Warranty totaling $4,000.00 He refused to cancel the LoJack and Paint & Fabric Protection totaling another $2,170.00 I said I won’t bring it back for them to install it. The assistant manager said that it was already done. I asked when and he said that every car has that done before it is advertised for sale. I said that sounds like FALSE ADVERTISING and he replied that I didn’t have to buy the car. I told him then that THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING when you advertise it for one price yet refuse to sell it for that price. Your GM then offered me $750.00 service discount and no matter what happens he is not going to remove the extra charges. I took it then not even knowing I would need it immediately as contrary to what the salesman told me the tires on the car were shot with 2 different brands and types on it as well. SO, AGAIN TELL ME YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS ! You have my name & contact details. I want that $2,170.00 sent to the Lender IMMEDIATELY. There was no reason for you to KEEP THE $4,000.00 REFUND FOR ALMOST 6 WEEKS.
