Also, I AM a big fan of paying in cash, but as your policy of charging 3.5% when paying with a credit card has only recently changed in the past couple of months, you should have the "robot" mention this new policy. Fortunately I had enough cash on me to pay for the oil change. But I am not about to pay 3.5% for the "privilege" of using my credit card so what would happen if I didn't have the cash on me? I get it - caveat emptor but surely "you" are responsible for telling you customers of policy changes upfront BEFORE they request any services. Hence the four, not five star rating. More
