Finally a honest used car salesperson! Very helpful. Explained in detail what it would take to get into my vehicle and was willing to overcome all objections the bank had. Run Far Away!!! I don't even need to go into the whole story. Please believe me when I say that these people are dishonest and when I say you should go spend your mon I don't even need to go into the whole story. Please believe me when I say that these people are dishonest and when I say you should go spend your money elsewhere I mean it. I paid cash for my car and nothing they said about this car was true. Christina will gladly smile in your face all the while giving you misleading information about their vehicles. I truly don't know how these people continue to be in business. While we were there, one guy came in pissed off about someone calling him and threatening him and saying they were going to throw his a** in jail. I suppose he got one of those great deals that Arlington Motors raves about. Word of advice....when Christina assures you that your used car has passed Virginia emissions, for the sake of god DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING SHE SAYS!!. Ask for it in writing or have them show you the last emission test. This was completely my fault. I let her gain my trust while we spoke about life and our kids. This one will obviously do anything to get a sale. When you find yourself in a situation and you have an inkling in your stomach you better run the other way. I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY GUT!!! 1. This is a great car (if you hear that more than once, it's a lie) 2. This car passed it's last emission test (yeah winch then show me proof) 3. This car only failed inspection because it has a tiny hole in the tailpipe that can be easily fixed (lie) Can someone tell me why these business are allowed to employ such dishonest tactics and get away with it? In doing my research, when the car came into their possession (trade-in), it failed the emissions test (12/2014). My only thought is that they found out it was too expensive to fix and they just didn't bother getting a valid sticker on it. (God how could I have been so stupid!!!). The amazing thing is that once I spoke with them about it, they never once asked what they could do to fix the problem. You know why? THEY DON'T CARE!!! My pain should be your gain. DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!! More

Take a Mechanic with You I found the car on-line and research suggested the model itself might be good. I don't life in Falls Church so I had a friend take a test-drive. During the drive, she noticed that the clutch was sticking. She asked Alex about it, and was told there was no problem. It happened again, and he replied that it must be the way she was driving the car. Yeah, not so much. Clutch is shot, and pressure plate bore a hole into the transmission. I've asked Alex directly about my friend's question, and he has yet to acknowledge that she even asked it. The hatch release is also broken. So take a mechanic and have him/her verify everything you're told. More

unprofessionals First let me start by saying i was lied to so many times by someone name Ernest who calls himself Ernesto. I walk in to the dealer interested in a Tah First let me start by saying i was lied to so many times by someone name Ernest who calls himself Ernesto. I walk in to the dealer interested in a Tahoe, i ask "Ernesto" for the price and he said $19,995. the Next day i went to apply for a loan and i told him it had to be under my name and my boyfriends name he said ok lets start with yours and then your boyfriend can stop by when gets off work. So i got approve but as i try to negotiate with him he started saying so many things to me like that i could not negotiate anything because i had bad credit. but they advertised on all of their adds that everyone no matter their credit gets approve and a good deal. That day my boyfriend never went and Ernest call me like 10x. The next day he called me saying someone else was interested. Then the day after he called me saying that my loan expired at 6PM that day. So me and my boyfriend decided to go but when we got there we decided to talk to someone else but he was still all over us and told his co workers we were his customers and did not leave us alone. After talking to his coworker i we found out that my loan did not expired until 30days afters. We left and the next day he called me i did not answer then he send me a text to call him asap so i did , he told me if we wanted to go test drive the car i said ok and he said that they were already cleaning the car for us. When we got there i found out that was a lie and then as he started showing me the car i ask him if the dvd worked and he said DONT WORRY ABOUT IT NOW UNTIL WE MAKE A DEAL. My experience was so bad at this place that i could write alot more that happend but it will be a lot longer. All i can say is be careful when you go to this dealer and do not deal with Ernest "Ernesto" he is a liar and very offensive. More
