It is a family owned dealership that made me feel right at home. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles in the last 6yrs and this place is the only one I felt confident that they had our best interest at home. I am very very happy we chose Arlington Motors, the finance officer was extremely honest too which was refreshing and the entire staff is friendly i didnt feel the pressure of someone getting the commision from the sale. Decided to go to this dealer as it was the closest with the vehicle we have been looking for. Test drive went well, they just needed a copy of our license and we took the car out. Car was clean other tha the vehicle we have been looking for. Test drive went well, they just needed a copy of our license and we took the car out. Car was clean other than some scratches and dents, not surpirsing for a used car but they could at least try to make the cars more presentable. After getting back to the dealership we went inside to work on getting the car. The inside of the dealership was messy, they had some loan applications just sitting out on a desk which was the "owners" desk, with peoples full SS numbers and information just sitting out in plain view. We decided not to get the car from them but on our way out one of the employees said she wanted to drive the car we where looking at home for the night with the dealer plates on, she got upset when they told her that someone was in the process of buying it and that she would have to take another car home for the night. Never heard of a dealership doing this, and it appeared that most of the employees drove the lot cars home as they where putting dealer tags on several vehicles. Overall the place was very shady, unprofessional, and just overall not a very good experience. Other than the gentleman we delt with Edwin who was friendly and curteous trying to keep us comfortable, i would not recomend them. More

This place is very unprofessional. I called ahead of time to let them know I would be coming in to test drive a car. I told them that I was short on time and if they could please pull it out and have it read to let them know I would be coming in to test drive a car. I told them that I was short on time and if they could please pull it out and have it ready. They said no problem. When I got there the car was not pulled out, and when I spoke with someone they said I would not be able to drive the car because I had not filled out an application. I told them that I would be paying with cash, and would not need financing. After that the story became there was no manager there on Sunday so they did not have any dealer plates. A car dealer with no dealer plates?! I was able to look in the car, but was not able to drive it... Stay away from this place. More
