Poor Service We took our sons car in for service while he was in town visiting over the holidays. We asked to have an oil change when we made the appointment over We took our sons car in for service while he was in town visiting over the holidays. We asked to have an oil change when we made the appointment over the phone and also when we dropped the car off. They called and suggested other services, which we agreed to have done. They kept the car for a couple of extra days to service it. It wasn't until after we picked the car up that the CHECK OIL LIGHT WENT ON, when we realized they never changed the oil. VERY POOR SERVICE, If the work order didn't show the request it should have been recognized by the mechanic and recommended. Makes me wonder what else was overlooked, we won't take any chances!! #differentdealership More
