Pretty good service I would've given the dealership five stars except for two items whcih could have made the difference: 1) If I could've spoken with the fellow who d I would've given the dealership five stars except for two items whcih could have made the difference: 1) If I could've spoken with the fellow who did the actual work on my car (this is what they do at Corvette maintenance derlerships) that would have been great (to answer any questions I had or to provide his insight into my problems areas). Friendly and very helpful! I regret not going there to have my service done in October, but could not due to timing with work, school, and my son; I had to go to another Ford lo I regret not going there to have my service done in October, but could not due to timing with work, school, and my son; I had to go to another Ford location closer at the time. I will make the drive in the future regardless now! I love coming to the Arlington Heights Ford location, mainly due to Wade and Steve. Both are wonderful to work with!
