Friendly and very helpful! I regret not going there to have my service done in October, but could not due to timing with work, school, and my son; I had to go to another Ford lo I regret not going there to have my service done in October, but could not due to timing with work, school, and my son; I had to go to another Ford location closer at the time. I will make the drive in the future regardless now! I love coming to the Arlington Heights Ford location, mainly due to Wade and Steve. Both are wonderful to work with!
