Quick and painless :) A friend owned a Goodyear store and recently sold it. For 30 years, I took all my cars to him for ALL service. Grateful for Quicklane...quick, no scheduled, service. For this occurrence, I knew I had a note with an authorization for a free oil change/Works (following a new car purchase), but couldn't find it initially. The service guy believed me. By the time I departed, I was able to present that note/authorization. But, he believed me w/o it. Cool ! More
