I went for a recall service, from the moment I enter in the garage I was received with employees looking happy to work in that station, the job was done in a timely fashion. Was told i needed to replace my engine at 150,000 miles, and took the truck to a mechanic shop, and it was a $300. repair to fix the problem. Quoted new engine would cost $8000. to be replaced!! Need better mechanics that don't just use a computer to diagnose an issue. My new mechanics are amazing, and talented. I'm not putting down your mechanics, but you lost my trust, and it looked like you were trying to "drum up business", Sorry, but that is what it looked like. More

Would give a 5, but promised in about 1 hour and took 1-1/2 hours, which almost made me late for customers at my business. Also left the keys in the car outside. Forgot I had a warranty. I brought my SUV to the Quick Lane due to a low tire pressure. Turns out I had a nail in the tire.
