The Best Had an issue with my audio/display system. Took my Explorer in and it was found to be a bad module that was replace under the new car warranty. Jerry who was in his truck and leaving for the day, noticed my actions, inquired on what I was doing, and wouldn't go home for the day until I was comfortable with the cars performance. Turned out the sound was outside and not my vehicle. * The next morning, Mike called to follow-up and give me a suggestion for my interior regarding another issue they had performed for me.
