Great service and support by Mike Waddle. I had a number of items that needed addressing on my Bronco, including several recalls. He was able to get me slotted for service and in and out effi I had a number of items that needed addressing on my Bronco, including several recalls. When it seemed like the service might take longer due to a software update, he even offered arrangements for alternative transportation. It ultimately wasn’t needed, but I appreciated the gesture. JB and the team were excellent today! Jb and Angel gave a good comprehensive report to me, abd I appreciate the speed and the candor. I was upset about some work that needs to be completed on my 2019 F150 and what I thought was some preferential treatment another customer had received. I took my angst out on Mike Waddle who handled it like my 2019 F150 and what I thought was some preferential treatment another customer had received.
