I've been getting service at this service center pretty much since 2013 and overall it has been a great experience - with the way the details are explained every time for the maintenance I'll be getting, finding the best coupons to apply to get a competitive price, matching price with outside, and some times discouraging from doing some maintenance if they don't feel it is really necessary to save money for me. For that reason, I trust them. More

Disappointing I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's b I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's bathroom was dirty. I had to ask about an update of my car (after an hour and a half for an oil change)and when it would be ready. Finally I walked back to the service area and the person who was responsible for my car (not Jeremy- he is great) looked at me and said "Oh it is done. Here are your papers to pay." That was it. My car was already washed and ready to go. Just a little disappointed. More
