We appologize that the vehicle you came in for was sold before you arrived. Your time is valuable and we understand that. The 2001 Corolla you were interested in was on the interenet for a very short period of time and sold immediately, as most cars in the price range do, but that is no excuse for us not to contact you beforehand. We have now have added an alert that lets us know when a car gets sold, and who else has an appoitment for that same vehicle. At that point they will be contacted. If you had not taken the time to aware us of your experience, we would not have known to improve this part of our process.
