SLOANE DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SALE PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR AND SOME SALES PEOPLE WER WORKING WITH ONE OR MORE GROUPS OF PEOPLE AT A TIME. DEL TRIED VERY HARD FOR OUR BUSINESS BUT COULDN'T CRUNCH THE NUMBERS. I HAVE TO SAY THEY WERE A VERY NICE DEALERSHIP. CAROUSEL COULDN'T CRUNCH THE NUMBERS EITHER. CONCELLI IN CONSHOHOCKEN WANTED OUR BUSINESS BUT AFTER WHAT SPRINGFIELD DID TO US WE DID NOT BOTHER WASTING OUR TIME. USE THE INTERNET,CALL AND THEN GO TO THE SHOWROOM. This review originally started off negative as my initial experience was less than pleasant. I won't bother going into particulars because they are irrelevant at this point. The point is, after I had posted my negative review, the Assistant Vice President Ryan contacted me and we spoke regarding my experience and as it turns out, I had the wrong impression. The staff at Ardmore Toyota are, without a doubt, a class act and as much as we think that most dealerships do not care about their customers or even prospective customers, they certainly do care here. They go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. While the car I wanted was sold before I had the chance to stop by, I will definitely keep them in my search and look forward to potentially doing business with them in the near future. More

I had a problem that was a bit difficlut to diagnose and correct. This dealership made sure I was happy with their work, gave me a loaner car, and corrected it all with the car being under warranty. Every time I take my car in for service Elaine greets me with a ready smile and makes me feel very welcome, something I don't usually experience in the service dept. of a car dealership. I was looking for a used car and Qasim "Q" helped find the right car for my budget. I was glad he was my salesperson. Qasim is a very good Toyota/Max Paul sales person. He knows his stuff and has a good feel for us. He lets the RAV4 sell itself, but knew the answer to every question. He knows when to be quiet and let us absorb the vehicle and what it can do. His explanation of the technology was clear and simple--good for a not young buyer, and that is an understatement. We would recommend him and the Max Paul dealership to family and friends. How did we know of Ardmore Toyota? Max Paul is a solid citizen in this community, and I bought two Toyotas from him in the late 1970s. We then went to Volvos and then a Camry Hybrid at another local dealer who beat Ardmore's price. I was referred to Qasim Azad at Ardmore Toyota by my cousin who lives near this dealership. He was very friendly,listened to my needs and matched the right Sienna for me. He also explained the benefits of leasing, I have never leased a car before, because no one explained it to me like Qasim did. I have bought many cars in my life but Qasim made it very easy for me. All the negotiation was done over the phone, which was not hard at all he gave me the BEST price the first time. He mailed the paperwork to me, so when I got there to pick up my car I was greeted with warm welcome, my car was ready I got in my New sienna and was on my way. They gave me a gift bag too. I live in North Carolina and bought a Toyota last year at local dealer (Toyota of Durham)where I was misguided and cheated by their dishonesty. I traveled over 400 miles to Ardmore Toyota and will definitely go back for my next vehicle. I will Highly Recommend Ardmore Toyota and Qasim, he is the best sales rep. ever. More

I got the car home and much to my chagrin the front wheel cover was missing.When i called Qasim to inform him,he told me no problem and told me to come in the following day to replace it.I was already sold on his customer service but this sent it over the top in my book!
