My experience was quite straightforward and pleasant. My situation was a bit unique in that there was such a huge shortage of Prius cars I had to pay sticker price. I knew that going in but what I was surpr situation was a bit unique in that there was such a huge shortage of Prius cars I had to pay sticker price. I knew that going in but what I was surprised to see was an $895 "marketing charge" tacked on on top of that. I felt that I was being gouged for the extra money just because they could. The salesperson was very professional and courteous and I would use him again. I don't know how my experience would have been had it been a more normal supply/demand situation. More

The service adviser kept us apprised of what was happening with our car, and our car was ready when we needed it. The cashier was very friendly and competent. The valet staff is also so friendly---t happening with our car, and our car was ready when we needed it. The cashier was very friendly and competent. The valet staff is also so friendly---there is one young gentleman who always takes our car, and brings it back--and I can't think of his name off hand but we always love seeing him and chatting with him. We had walked in thinking we would only "look", but at the end of the day we were very happy with the purchase we made. She had other customers, but she made us feel as if we were her only customers for the day. Everyone else we met -- from the financial person to the man making excellent grilled meats were equally friendly and hospitable. Thanks for a great day and a car we will enjoy for many years! More
My wife groaned when I told her I thought we ought to by a new car. Not that again she said! After a number of arduous purchases over the years I can say that this new car purchase from Ardmore Toyota was a new car. Not that again she said! After a number of arduous purchases over the years I can say that this new car purchase from Ardmore Toyota was much different than a number of prior auto purchases and by far the smoothest that we have ever experienced. We negotiated our purchase over the internet dealing with Jason Discolo. Compared to other firms that I was also negotiating with, Jason was much more responsive. There was no double talk no back and forth with the sales manager and no surprises. When we went to the dealership to execute the purchase Bobby Tahmas, our Product Specialist was simply a pleasure to deal with. Respectful,courteous and thorough we left with no axiety, unanswered questions or surprises. This company not only wants to sell cars but they also want you to be satsifed with your purchase. While I was presented with the usual "add-ons" such as "Protectall" care and an extended warranty, after I did my research to confirm and concerns. When I had a question about delivery pricing, it was handled very well, and they allowed me to buy a car that had just come in rather than the one I had ordered. Overall I appreciated their flexibility, the way the staff backs each other up, and Greg making every effort to explain any questions about the car or the deal. Based on the "customer is always right" attitude and courtesy displayed, I am confident that our service relationship with the dealer in the future will be a good one. This is the Toyota dealer closest to our home, so I was really hoping they would be one I could feel good about, and they lived up to those hopes. More
