Over the past 17 years, I have purchased about 15 vehicles from the Max Paul Family of dealerships, primarily Ardmore and Center City Toyota. I have continued to return because of the dealership's willingness to give me what I want rather than what is "available". This time, I was buying a car for my wife. In order to meet her needs, the sales manager called up and down the east coast, found a model that fit her needs, engineered a dealer trade and drove several hundred miles to pick up the car and bring it back. At least four people worked on bringing the deal to fruition. I have dealt with other car dealers over the past 45 years prior to going to the Paul Family dealerships. None were ever so accommodating. Moreover, their response to our needs was the same the first time that I acquired a car from them. My repeat business wasn't the reason for "extra" attention. More
