Good salesman poor service Bought a new vehicle from Archie Cochran Ford. Salesman and credit people were top notch.After the sale, the vehicle would not start the next morning. After calling complaining to the salesman he said would buy a new battery as they had to jump start it the day before. Why would you send people out the door with a long drive home knowing the battery was bad! New battery installed now the check engine light is on. They said to go to someone to check codes. Ready to turn the lemon back. After the purchase I guess you need to be your own mechanic. More

Wait and duck warranty I bought a platinum F-350 and had a coolant leak and a couple chips in the windshield. They did not cover the leak as they say it was caused by a rock I bought a platinum F-350 and had a coolant leak and a couple chips in the windshield. They did not cover the leak as they say it was caused by a rock and then told me I would have to wait for two hours to get approval to fix the chips in the windshield. I payed almost $5,000.00 more for the extended warranty to cover all additional issues. I had to go and speak with the sales manager to get then to fix the chips and yet they stuck.me with a $225.00 bill to figure out coolant leak and would be another $750.00 to fix the leak. Truck is 4 months old. More
Very Bad Experience I had an 8am Tuesday morning appointment and got a reminder call the day before. I called and was told that it didn't get "on the rack" until after 12 I had an 8am Tuesday morning appointment and got a reminder call the day before. I called and was told that it didn't get "on the rack" until after 12. Isn't this the reason we have appointments? Let them know I was unhappy and that's why I made an appointment. Called again at 3 (they NEVER called me before this) and they were now running a diagnostic. Finally got a call around 345 that it was finished. Called the courtesy driver and it just rang. Gave it 10 minutes and called again and the voicemail was full. Had to have my wife leave work early to give me ride instead. Get there and I am clearly unhappy, but holding my tongue. Said that one of my problems doesn't show up in the diagnostic (service light for tire sensor needing service) and thy filled the tires and it's fixed. Well, guess whats been on continuously the day after I left: yup the service light! To add injury to insult, I pay for the service and then have to ask where my vehicle is and am told "out front". Nope, it's in the very back of the rear lot which I had to aimlessly look for. So why do I go there? I bought the used vehicle there and decided to get their warranty (over $3,000) so I am STUCK with going back if I have truck issues. I would NEVER tell someone to go there. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this was extreme. More
