Obnoxious and Rude sales people We stopped in to buy a new pick up. We were told we would have an offer in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, we had not received any kind of offer We stopped in to buy a new pick up. We were told we would have an offer in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, we had not received any kind of offer. We decided to leave. The salesman had no clue what he was doing. His supervisor was rude, obnoxious, and argumentative. After 10 minutes and the third time I asked for my keys returned, the obnoxious supervisor brought in an offer. They offered $15000 below blue book for my trade. When I laughed and said "uh....No", the team became even more rude, bordering on threatening. I had to push my way out of the building while the supervisor yelled at me for leaving. The sales manager followed me out asking what had just happened. I was answering him when the supervisor came out and started berating me again for " not dealing". I made a suggestion as to where he could park his pick up and left. This would have been the 5th new pick up I had purchased at Archie in the last 15 years. Never again. Very rude sales people. The body shop has been sitting on two repair job checks for 18+ months promising they are going to repair our vehicles. I will be finding another body shop, too. Archie used to be a great dealership. What a joke now. More

Not anything special but good service. Just like any other car dealer they lowball you on your trade. They take forever with paperwork. I still bought the vehicle after haggling with them on the price. It wasn't top of the line dealing but it wasnt my worst. More
Purchase of used F150 Went in to buy a used rig to use in place of my feed truck. I found a certain truck on their website and a nice gentleman named Matt called immediately once I put an inquiry in. He came in on his way off just to accomodate my timing in Billings. The transaction went quick and while we were waiting on final details, he gave my husband and I a tour of the service dept. I would recommend these guys 110%. More

Our salesman was very personable and willing to work with our situation. Randy in finance was great to work with!
