I was immediately impressed when Andrew asked if we had been working with someone, which showed integrity on his part. We had stopped in to look at a vehicle we had viewed online. Andrew quickly retrieved the vehicle for us. It turned out that it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Andrew then looked through the truck inventory searching for a truck that matched what we were looking for. There was only one and when we saw it we knew it was the one we were looking. We then completed the rest of the steps to finish the purchase and drive away with our new truck. We were very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Not up to their normal level of service I brought my F350 in for a regular service. They always take the truck back on time and finish in the timely manner, as they did this time. However, t I brought my F350 in for a regular service. They always take the truck back on time and finish in the timely manner, as they did this time. However, they completely ignored my request to check the front passenger door. We had been hearing wind noise at higher speeds and we wanted to have a look. I was told that this is normally a body shop issue but the mechanic would have a look at the hinges and the latch. When I picked up the truck, I was told that they found nothing wrong with the door so might want to make an appointment with the body shop. Fast forward one day. I decided to look more closely at the door myself. I lifted up on the door with it in the open position and immediately noticed movement that shouldn't be there. So I zero'd in on the top hinge and found one of the nuts to be very loose. I tightened the nut the problem was solved. This tells me that the mechanic didn't even bother to look and that is disappointing. More
