Not up to their normal level of service I brought my F350 in for a regular service. They always take the truck back on time and finish in the timely manner, as they did this time. However, t I brought my F350 in for a regular service. They always take the truck back on time and finish in the timely manner, as they did this time. However, they completely ignored my request to check the front passenger door. We had been hearing wind noise at higher speeds and we wanted to have a look. I was told that this is normally a body shop issue but the mechanic would have a look at the hinges and the latch. When I picked up the truck, I was told that they found nothing wrong with the door so might want to make an appointment with the body shop. Fast forward one day. I decided to look more closely at the door myself. I lifted up on the door with it in the open position and immediately noticed movement that shouldn't be there. So I zero'd in on the top hinge and found one of the nuts to be very loose. I tightened the nut the problem was solved. This tells me that the mechanic didn't even bother to look and that is disappointing. More

Each time that he would take it in, they would look at it and find nothing. He was concerned as it was acting up while driving and he was afraid he would finally be in an accident. Great Sales staff Jason was outstanding to work with, the only problems I had was they gave me the book and spare key for my new truck it was the wrong book it was a Jason was outstanding to work with, the only problems I had was they gave me the book and spare key for my new truck it was the wrong book it was a owners manual for a Ford Edge so I drove back to the dealership and returned the owners manual, they gave me the one for my truck got home and my wife tried the spare key and realized that was not the right one so I returned to the dealership again and they found the right key for the vehicle, Jason was not working he was on day off when this happened. More
