Worked up a deal on a truck , I drove 3 hours in a blizzard snow storm for a truck , and the literally sol I give archie Cochran Ford a 0 star review. They just told that it just the way it is. I feel like they are shady xxxx bags, and have no loyalty to customers, and the sales manager was such a chicken xxxx to come talk to me to make it RIGHT....hassle free my xxx. Con artists!! Right Vehicle for us Krystal Spang did a great job showing my wife and I a number of different vehicles and asking lots of questions to understand what we were needing and Krystal Spang did a great job showing my wife and I a number of different vehicles and asking lots of questions to understand what we were needing and wanting out of a new vehicle. She showed us an Explorer even though we thought we wanted an Edge. The Explorer was the best fit for what we needed and we're very thankful that she showed it to us.
