Fantastic experience. Devon and Josh (service advisors) did a wonderful job. Archie Cochrane apparently understands it isn’t that hard to provide great service. THEY DID A GREAT JOB TAKING CARE OF MY VEHICLE, AND MYSELF. THERE WAS A MINOR OIL LEAK. THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD IT FIXED BUT IT CAME BACK A WEEK LATER, THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND COULD NOT GET MY TRUCK IN F MYSELF. THERE WAS A MINOR OIL LEAK. ROBERT WAS ABLE TO GET ME A LOANER TO DRIVE UNTIL THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE(1 WEEK). THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING. FROM ROBERT TO THE CLERKS IN THE PARTS AREA GREAT JOB! As far as i can tell the vehicle was fully serviced. I optioned for the delivery, 10/10 it was very quick and the drivers are seem to be careful. Asked the service center to do a complete check of my car to make sure it was safe to Take my disabled husband and grandchild on a long trip. I made it 190 miles from home and the car died. Dealership it was towed to said battery was dead and an engine clamp was loose. Archie Cochran’s said they didn’t check clamps on their most recent check but they did check the battery and said it was good. They had replaced the engine several years ago but said loose clamp could not be from that service. Another mechanic I consulted disagreed. When I spoke with them after having to rent a car and reroute my trip, Archie Cochran’s said they stand by their work and have no responsibility for either of my issues— really? Really? Also one thing I specifically asked them to fix (rear washer) still not working but I will be damned if I take it back to them. Absolutely no confidence in this service dept. I will drive a few extra miles to another dealer for my work. More
