Good experience from the first time we went in over a year ago to test drive. the majority of people working at Arapahoe Kia are super friendly and helpful. The wait to get the car after ordering it was year ago to test drive. the majority of people working at Arapahoe Kia are super friendly and helpful. The wait to get the car after ordering it was long but we were mostly kept informed along the way. Solid experience in picking up the car, also a little longer than I would have hoped but I do ask a lot of questions and read EVERYTHING. Sara Sacks was great to work with and helped coordinate everything and worked with us and our schedules and did an amazing job getting us up to speed on all the cars features etc. before we left the lot.
