Jenny was great, the communication was not real good. took days before they could call you back and get an update. Will was kinda rude when he would talk to me on the phone. Other than that the mechanics took days before they could call you back and get an update. Will was kinda rude when he would talk to me on the phone. My car was in the shop for two days because my camera system keeps flaking out and displays error messages on the entertainment screen. I have dozens of images showing the error but since they just get i system keeps flaking out and displays error messages on the entertainment screen. I have dozens of images showing the error but since they just get in the car start it up and put in reverse, if it doesn't fail they won't do anything to resolve the issue. 15 minutes after picking up car, the camera system flaked out again but it clears up by the time I put it reverse again. Kia hopes it will stay flaky until warranty runs out and fails completely so I have to pay for repair. Second Sorento with a bad camera system More

They use aggressive sales tactics, hide crucial vehicle information, and deploy deceptive schemes DO NOT BUY FROM ARAPAHOE KIA (9701 E Arapahoe Rd). They use aggressive sales tactics, hide crucial vehicle information, and deploy deceptive schemes surrounding warranties. Here is how they trick consumers: * Warranty Manipulation & Scam: If you want an extended warranty, they push expensive coverage and force you to sign addendums stating it cannot be canceled. General Manager Courtney Goodgain personally directs his team to deny cancellations. This is a scam. The master contract explicitly details your legal right to cancel yet they force their own separate, unenforceable addendums on you to scare you away from canceling services you may decide later you do not want. * Withholding Information: They didn't disclose that there was only one expensive key fob until the deal was already signed. The salesperson lied, claiming the previous owner was dropping off the second key the next day. The dealer knew this was highly unlikely since the car sat on their lot for over 100 days; they lied because the deal was already closed. * High-Pressure Tactics: They violate their own protocol. Per their sales manager, reps must go over car controls and questions. Instead, we were aggressively pushed straight to a table to talk numbers right after the test drive. I am in a formal dispute with Arapahoe Kia. I am filing complaints naming Courtney Goodgain with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Division and the Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. Take your business elsewhere.
