Absolutely awful. Three different visits over the course of one month for the same unresolved issue. On the third visit, it sat at the service department for 8 days wi Three different visits over the course of one month for the same unresolved issue. On the third visit, it sat at the service department for 8 days without being worked on even though we had a confirmed appointment, and the only communication was from us calling into the service department 8-10 times each day leaving multiple voicemails. A rental car request was declined after we asked for one, and we were told to escalate it to Kia Corporate Customer Care, who said the decision was entirely with the dealership. They also suggested we email the service department head to escalate, and we never received a reply. The afternoon before our fourth scheduled appointment to diagnose the same issue, our appointment was pushed off for 4 more days. The afternoon before the rescheduled appointment, it was pushed out a second time for 6 additional days. More

My vehicle is under warranty, and there is a driveline issue with it. Test drove with technician to be told that it is "tire noise" The tires have travelled 25,00o mile with no previous issues. Two technicians (from other garages) have identified that this issue relates to the transmission. This dealership in general has a greats and responsive sales team, and a really poor service department. I have no choice but to go to them as we live twelve miles away and they are the closest point of contact. After buying four new KIA's over the past seven years we will never buy another one. More
