My latest visit to Kia was very disappointing. They quoted me 1.5 hours for my oil change, which I had an appointment for. It had been 2.25 hours and I had not heard anything. When I went to ask for an update, they told me it was already done but no one had contacted me. The woman at this desk then said to her self “is no one working?” Kia had also provided me with a list of service items to consider. I got a second opinion and was told that Kia had not reinstalled my air filters appropriately and that they had tried to sell me on rear brakes that absolutely did not changing. Super bummed about this experience overall. More

Brought in the car at the scheduled time. 10:30am, at 3:30 PM the car was untouched. The phone numbers doesn’t work, you can never get to an actual person. That stupid Pam AI is absolutely not helping for absolutely anything. Can’t schedule, can’t transfer. The online app is not allowing schedules (they lifted their shoulders when i told them that). I tried texting the rep and asked him about the status, barely responded, told him i’m finishing work in 30 minutes, had to wait for an additional hour for his reply/excuse. Brought a mailed in coupon that was $25, at payment time, they applied $10 only because “that’s the inly one i have in the system”, despite taking and keeping my $25 coupon.
