We’ve been bringing both our cars here for years but the last two or three times the car wash has been broken or we didn’t get one. I also requested they look at one of the tires that was much lower than th last two or three times the car wash has been broken or we didn’t get one. Communication was good, fast responses, and I had no trouble getting in touch with a sales rep and scheduling a test drive. The one thing I didn't like was that the first deal I was offered included all the add-on service and coverage packages. I hadn't asked for any of them. They should not have added those packages on to my deal with asking me first. More

I brought my Telluride in for a scheduled oil change. I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. 2.5 hours later I showed up and asked what was going on. Turned out my paperwork was sitt I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. 2.5 hours later I showed up and asked what was going on. Turned out my paperwork was sitting on the desk of someone who left for the day and apparently didn't coordinate with anyone. Nor did the Service Manager insure that the missing service tech client list was redistributed. Of course, all I get from this incompetence was, "Oh, sorry about that". More
