This was a recall and fix of HUD and display. The recall was done quickly. I took my vehicle in for factory recalls. Check in was timely with coffee and donuts available. Everyone in service area was pleasant and professional. Made an appointment and dropped off the car. I was told it was be ready by the afternoon. I signed up for live text updates but never heard from the dealership until 24 hours later. I tried calling multiple times but was routed and rerouted to voicemail or a dead end each time - during business hours mind you. When I went to pick up the car, they had misplaced it. It took 30 min to find my car. They repeatedly gave me someone else’s keys telling me it was ready. Just really chaotic and disorganized. Worse still, from a customer service perspective, was that they just gave me a verbal apology. No coupon, no discount on service, nothing. I won’t be back. More

Initial visit unable to get in touch with a cliff to get to dealership. Unable to get a ride share scheduled so paid out of pocket for uber. I had to call to inquire if my parts were in after 3wks. Cliff never returned my voicemails.. Then my car has to be left for 2 days and they do not offer a loan a car. More
