Disappointed with the "service" and unhappy with my purchase I see all of the 5 star reviews of Eryn and the dealership, unfortunately I am not a happy or satisfied customer. My husband and I bought 2 cars at Ap I see all of the 5 star reviews of Eryn and the dealership, unfortunately I am not a happy or satisfied customer. My husband and I bought 2 cars at Apple Valley Honda and paid cash for both. I told Eryn that I might be interested in a sedan ( a change from my usual SUV) and that I wanted to see a 2015 to 2017 Honda. He showed me a 2013 Honda Accord which I ended up buying and it turns out that it is not the right car for me at all. I got the impression that Eryn wanted to sell me that car for some reason. I kept tellingh him how the car didn't seem right for my lifestyle and he had an answer of how I could make it work instead of showing me something that could have been a better fit. I do understand that utlimately it was my decision to purchase the car and I made the wrong choice. The day after I purchased the car I saw that it was still on the AVH website for a lower price then they had charged me. I went in to see Eryn about it and he did give me credit for the difference, but it was just another thing that soured my attitude about the whole deal. Two days later I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced (which was part of our agreement) and they loaned me a 2017 Honda CRV. I absolutely loved it. It was the exact car I wanted. I called Eryn about it to see if there was any kind of deal we could work out to where I could just get full credit for my Accord and get a CRV. He said sure I have something I can show you. I showed up at the dealership and he had a 2013 CRV that didn't have the features I wanted. My husband was with me and he just put a stop to it and told me we needed to just wait. By then I just didn't trust that Eryn wanted to get me the vehicle I really wanted and needed he just wanted to sell me that 2013 Honda Accord. In additon the features on the car that he used as major selling points are disappointing. The navigation is outdated and not user friendly. When I do a search businesses show up that no longer exist. The voice feature doesn't work either. I can say "turn on the radio" and it will say "Ok, calling Aunt Lisa". I found out from a friend who used to sell cars and she told me that a dealership makes more money off of used cars than new cars. Maybe that is why Eryn wasn't willing to show me a newer vehicle that would have actually worked for my lifestyle. I am in customer service and my job is to listen to the customer and get them what they want. Eryn sold me the car he wanted to sell me and kept telling me why it would work for me. He also claimed that it didn't matter if I bought it or not, "We're low pressure here" he said. Yet when I said, "you know, I am not happy with this deal", his face fell and he looked sad and asked "Why not?" That is just plain manipulative and I am angry at myself for falling for it. As I mentioned before it was ultimately my decision and my responsibility and I learned a lesson. Just another aside that added to our frustrations with Apple Valley Honda: When we went in to pay the balance on my husband's car they said we owed more that we did. Luckily we had our paperwork with us, yet even though we were in the right we still waited in the seating area for 45 minutes while they straightened things out. More

I like getting my car serviced there because they know what to do if there is a problem. Also it helps when its time to sell your vehicle that it has been taken care of by the dealership. More

Always wonderful no matter what - in sales or service Alexis Torres was AMAZING to work with. He had all sorts of bad news about things that were wrong with our 1993 Honda Del Sol (which we don't drive mu Alexis Torres was AMAZING to work with. He had all sorts of bad news about things that were wrong with our 1993 Honda Del Sol (which we don't drive much anymore), but he honored all the coupons we got in the mail AFTER he gave us the estimate and he was completely great to loan us a new CRV sine we could not drive the Del Sol home. I have noticed a higher-than-average turnover on the service staff lately. We hope this is not going to continue because the people you have (and have always had) are exceptional to work with. And, we LOVE Ramon - of ALL the sales people we have worked with through the years, he is the BEST. Rich, the service manager, even though he is always busy, ALWAYS smiles and makes eye contact whereas some of the other managers do not. More
