Outstanding staff But I will not be buying any more Hondas This is by far the the best staff and dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, their professionalism is outstanding. However I took my 2006 Civic that has always been taken care of since day one has always been babied so to say. Until recently I finally had a chance to check out in detail why my airbag light came on out of the blue. It turns out that I have to replace an airbag clock spring a buckle and an airbag inflator that have gone bad and Honda won't cover it. I get wear and tear items , perfectly okay with that. But I do believe as far as airbags and safety goes that shouldn't be something the customer is liable for especially when it just came out of the nowhere. Don't get me wrong people I love my Hondas they have never left me stranded. But I also do care about safety. I would like to take the time to thank the Apple Valley Honda team for helping me out as much as they possibly could this is still a really good place to purchase a vehicle from. I'm just disappointed that Honda would make customer pay for these repairs, knowing that the car was always serviced at a reputable dealership or reputable shop. More

Wonderful staff and service I bought my first ever brand new car! Alex was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end. They successfully sold me a bad car and then tried to get me to pay for it and then lied about the repairs they said they would make. I am embarrassed for them. More
