I've been buying cars for almost 40 years, and I've never had a better experience. I walked in cold, and had the good luck to be met by Dennis Eddy. Dennis took the time to make sure I understood the features and impressive technology and design featured in this vehicle. With a good foundation, I was able to appreciate and understand why the test drive experience was so fantastic. While I needed an SUV with high clearance and good performance, whether on highways or forest service roads, I also sought comfort and economy, goals that often seem at odds in this class. The car has superb pickup and handling,a high degree of comfort, and a level of thought and engineering throughout that is outstanding. The fuel economy is great. While I walked in thinking my budget would only allow for a used vehicle, Dennis and Sherri Freer, the Business Manager, showed me how, with super incentive and lending programs, I could not only afford a new vehicle, but that it was greatly to my benefit to do so. maximized my savings by pointing out discounts and other programs designed to make ownership of a new vehicle very appealing, in fact compelling. This is my first Honda, and I can't believe it has taken this long to catch the fever. Now I am a true believer, I've seen what goes into them, I've felt the comfort and surefooted ride. In conclusion, Apple Valley Honda is a superior organization. The General Manager, Tod McLaughlin, was present and involved to the extent required to let me know they appreciated my business, and put great emphasis on the customer's satisfaction. They They are up front about costs, and everyone was on the same page. There is no magic act taking place behind a curtain, no change in story depending on whom you speak to, so I felt empowered to make an intelligent, informed decision. It was a phenomeonally easy decision to make, based on the product and the dealership. There was no pressure, no deception, no claim or promise that wasn't supported in the final number. The equipment was as described, no bait and switch. On top of that, the people are warm, attentive, and clearly committed to making the experience not only painless, but an absolute pleasure. I would recommend these folks to anyone who wants a good product, a good deal, and to be treated honestly and with respect. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Top notch outfit, absolutely! We drove out after our second visit with a CPO 2008 Odyssey with <39,000 mi that fit our needs and pocketbook. The price was fair in my opinion. In my car-owning life I have experienced some of the worst of car salesmen: relentlessly pushy, physically aggressive, mendacious, churlish boors! What a refreshing change to be treated with respect, offered information but not pressured to act immediately. Will and Ron didn't bad-mouth other manufactures we were considering (Dodge, Toyota) but explained why they believed Honda was a better product. One phone call next day was the only follow-up we received after our first visit - again, showing respect for our timing and our decision process. Apple Valley Honda? A class act! More

We visited Apple Valley Honda looking to trade in a truck that we had negative equity in for a car, but weren't sure what we wanted. We test drove a few cars and then left Patrick to work with the finance department to see what cars they had in stock that would fit our criteria. He called everyday to keep us posted. A few days later he called to let us know that he had a few cars for us to test drive to see if any of them fit what we were looking for. We now have a beautiful 2010 Subaru that we love and is everything that we expected in a car. More

Last month I had stopped by Apple Valley Honda in Wenatchee, WA. I was on vacation hand needed a car service done that couldn’t wait until I got back home. The ladies who answered the phone were very friendly and gave great directions, as I had never been to Wenatchee before. Once I drove onto the lot I was greeted by a Ramon. He was very kind. He showed me the way to the service department! After a cup of coffee, a thank you to the lovely ladies in the office and a glance at the nice waiting area I decided that maybe I should check out a new car, something a little more reliable! I do have to say that nearly every employee I interacted with at Apple Valley Honda made me feel good! When I first drove to Apple Valley Honda I was in a depressing mood, but I found my mood rising as the adventure continued! Ramon showed me the brand new cars and all the fancy things that they do. He answered my list of questions and drove different models with me! We drove some used, but newer cars. Those were more in my price range. Again, I seemed to have a endless list of questions about the difference between HoHonda, Toyota & Nissan. Ramon is great, unfortunately I was not in the position to purchase a car and luckily, my car was fixed and in less time than what was expected and it wasn’t as bad as we all had thought so it was cheaper too!!! My vacation could continue and it was all because of Apple Valley Honda! I made it home safely and thanks to the service department I should be good to go for a couple 6,000 miles or so. Thanks to Ramon I think I narrowed my next car to a Honda! I hope to make that purchase with the family at Apple Valley Honda! It drives great and is very comfortable. I wanted a smaller SUV than I had previously and this one is perfect. It doesn't feel small when you are driving it and you still set up higher than you would in a passenger car. When it came to buying the car, the finance person, Sherry was super nice and made it a good experience. I would definitely recommend Apple Valley to my friends and family. More

I purchased a used S10 pickup to replace my older one that had been wrecked. From my walking in the front door to driving off in my newer used truck, it was a very great and enjoyable experience.
