Apple Valley Honda

I perchased my wifes car at Apple Valley in 2003 the sales people were great to work with, found exacly what we were looking for at a very compedetive price. Other than a couple of time when service cam sales people were great to work with, found exacly what we were looking for at a very compedetive price. Other than a couple of time when service came due when we were on a trip we have always gone back to their service department. There have been accouple of normal were things that have come up, when pointed out to the desission left to me as to when and how to deal with it I never pushed at all. Not only the service department but also the office staff and sales people are alway courtious and help full. It always a good experience going there. By the way I live 70 miles from wenatchee over a mountain pass, the service make the trip well worth while. More

We had previously boughten a Honda from Terry Griffin. We were impressed with doing business with him. Therefore when we were in the market to purchase another vehicle it was Griffin. We had purchased cars with another dealership and did not like the pushy attitude and hassel that we experienced. We appreciated that Terry was very helpful and easy to deal with. No pressuring. Terry was a super help in a time of stress having to replace my car that was totaled by another driver. He showed me several cars used and new expressed the features and benefits, we drove a Civic so I replace my car that was totaled by another driver. He was a great help in taking me through the steps I needed to take to purchase the car. When I picked up the car(my choice to pick it up the next day), he went over all the buttons and switches in the new car, where everything was and how it worked. Shawn, the manager came over and meet me and expressed that if there was anything I needed he would help me too.
