Purchased new 2019 Honda Ridgeline The salesman, Ramon Gutierrez, was superb. In shorth, after this experience, I would request him for review or purchase of any Honda. We met first The salesman, Ramon Gutierrez, was superb. In shorth, after this experience, I would request him for review or purchase of any Honda. We met first with Ramon about early-mid June. Had done a lot of research n the internet, but want d to drive the vehicle and discuss trim and options. I was a little uncomfortable, because I really hate buying cars. I do not like the negotions. Ramon made me feel comfortable and I believe he is trustworthy and would not get me into a car that I would not like long-term. Once I realized he was really interested in me over the sale, the process became less stressful. My wife and I spent a couple hours with Ramon on the first visit. The final meeting with Ramon was on June 23. Ramon had gone to the effort of make mg sure the dealer had a vehicle with my prefer d color. (Interesting story, as the vehicle I bought almost left the lot, but Ramon asked to save it until I met with him.). Anyhow, Ramon walked us through all options, he presented what I felt was a fair price, and handed me to the business manager for paper work and discussion of warranty and a few other accessories. The business manager (Shawn Ites) was wonderful to work with. He was clear and ranspR not and, like Ramon, made me feel he had my best interests in mind. We added a warranty package, again I felt I was treated fairly. In summary, the crew at Apple Val y Honda were clear, transparent, professional, and kind. My wife and I are excited about our new vehicle, and would r commend Apple Valley Honda to anyone! More
