There was no "hard sell," but since I was at the 2 year replacement window, I authorized the work - very reasonable rate and completed in a matter of minutes. Questions about new employees. I have always had a positive experience at Honda except for this time. I left the car for a quote on service and on receiving a call on voice mail, ca I have always had a positive experience at Honda except for this time. I left the car for a quote on service and on receiving a call on voice mail, called back. The service person did not know my name, whether I had left a car there and what kind of car. My friend was in her car when I made the return call. She and I both thought there was something wrong with this response and the manner it was given. On picking up the car on completion of service, I had to take out my swim bag as I had to leave it there because of timing. My YMCA card was in a padded pocket and was fine at that time. On getting the card out to use it, the card had been sliced three times. What was that about? More
