I want thank Troy Scott for being so helpful and kind. I had a 5pm appointment for an oil change and it was stuck in a lot of traffic. I thought my appointment was at 5:30. When I called to let them know had a 5pm appointment for an oil change and it was stuck in a lot of traffic. I thought my appointment was at 5:30. When I called to let them know I was runnin behind, I was told the appointment was at 5pm. Troy said, "come in and we will take care of you. Drive safe and see you soon." Quick lane service was completed within promised time. I like making an appointment online with a follow-up email confirmation/reminder. I had a headlight burn out on the way home from Thanksgiving. Being a self-starter, I attempted to fix it… as it turns out, my manufacturer requires the complete removal of the light assembly to c Thanksgiving. Being a self-starter, I attempted to fix it… as it turns out, my manufacturer requires the complete removal of the light assembly to change a stinking bulb! I was embarrassed to seek help for such a simple repair, but the guys at Apple Ford's Service department took my car without an appointment, were professional and polite, and had it fixed in no time. The manager, Curtis, even threw in a carwash for free. This isn't the first time I have dealt with Apple; they are a first-class operation that truly puts customers first. In the era of outsourcing, Apple hasn't forgotten what good service should look like! More
I have had great experiences with the service department over the past year since I purchased my Ford Escape. I just love Curtis Ford, and was thrilled today to hear that he was promoted to Service Manager! over the past year since I purchased my Ford Escape. I just love Curtis Ford, and was thrilled today to hear that he was promoted to Service Manager! Great job Apple Ford! Curtis always makes me feel so welcome every time I step foot in that place, even if it's just for a car wash!! Today I brought my car in because my rear door was stuck (most likely due to my teenage son slamming the door). Curtis and Rick Poppe were able to pop it open and pop the door liner back in place in just a few minutes. Also, the plastic pull down handle had come off of the rear hatchback door, and Curtis reattached that for me also. They had me out of there in less than 10 minutes, so I didn't have to leave my car and I made it on time to work. Thanks so much!! More

Mr. Curtis Ford, service manager, was very professional, pleasant, and resolved an issue with my car repair. He resolved an issue I had with an occurance which happened while the technician was performing a recall on my car. The radiator hose was broken on my Mercury Sable- while performing a recall on the Speed Control Cable. The hose broke due to dry rot but I felt that I should not have to pay for costs of labor -200$, for replacement of the hose as it was not broken when I brought the car in for the recall. Mr Ford did remove the labor cost which I fully appreciated. In hindsight it probably saved my engine as the hose would have broken, would have resulted in the engine overheating and caused the engine to sieze. I definately would return for future service due to my recent experience with him. I also would consider purchasing my next vehicle from Apple Ford. Satisfied Customer, Diana More

Apple Ford is my go to place for purchasing and servicing my Ford. I have always been completely satisfied with their service and price. I am a Customer for Life and LOVE the free oil changes even though m my Ford. I have always been completely satisfied with their service and price. I am a Customer for Life and LOVE the free oil changes even though my car is 5 years old it is still in excellent condition because of the attention and good advice provided by the folks in the "Quick Lane". I never feel like they are making recommendations that are not necessary. When it is time to purchase my next vehicle this will be the place that I go and my family also plan on becoming Customers for Life as well. Great Job ... Thanks More

I was a nervouse wreck thinking my car might explode any second. I went online to find out that there was a recall for the fuel pump..or something associated with it. I called Apple. The took me right away and gave me a loaner. It was great. A week later, the postcard came in the mail from Ford saying there was a potential recall. More
While every time I have been in, my service rep was friendly and helpful. The quality of work and concern for the customer does not exist. I brought my vehicle in on two occasions for excessive condens friendly and helpful. The quality of work and concern for the customer does not exist. I brought my vehicle in on two occasions for excessive condensation on the inside of the windshield, they told me this was normal. I had to go to another dealership, who discovered the seal around the windshield was leaking. In the mean time my car had began to smell from the moisture and actually had mildew in my vents. I reached out to Apple Ford to express that I was upset with the service I received. After reaching out to Apple Ford with my dissatisfaction in writing, I received a response saying they do not always get if right, please give them a second chance. I did exactly that, I asked them to fix a paint defect. They returned my vehicle a week later only completing half the work, I pointed out that the work was not complete and was told to call my service rep, (who was out that day). I called and brought the vehicle back they took another week and finished the work, but this time they damaged the interior of my vehicle when they removed the back window, the worse part is they failed to tell me. While I am sure the damage was accidental, they had to know when they did it. I reached out to the service manager about the damage. Who directed me back to my service rep. They fixed the damage, but they have never reached out to apologize or to see if I was satisfied with the repairs. I feel like my concerns were never heard. In addition, their loaner cars are sub par compared to the vehicle that I purchased from them. This is disappointing when you end up with one of them for a week at a time on multiple occasions!!! More
